In VCF 9.x there is a Configuration Update you will find in a domain which in essence ensures BOMs are aligned with versioning. More can be read on Broadcom TechDocs; Apply VCF Configuration Upgrades
From VCF Operations under ‘Build’ >> ‘Lifecycle’, expand a VCF Instance, under the example below there is a Management Domain, under Upgrades
You can see there is a Configuration Upgrade is available and you can click ‘APPLY ALL’
You can review the details/status
Once completed, all should be green
When you go back to the Upgrades section, you will find everything updated
